John Baron has an indigenous background and is part of the Indigenous Community Nasa Wes'x as well as a member of ASCISP Specialty Coffee Association.


This coffee was pulped right after picked, fermented inside ceramic tanks without water for 30 hours, later pulped and placed on raised beds. 


John is currently working hard to meet all the requirements to certify his farm as organic. John is amazing at preserving nature at his farm. He makes sure that his coffee plantation does not affect at all native trees and animals that have lived in the region for centuries.

Espresso : 20g : 60g 21-23 seconds, 94°C (1:3 ratio)

V60 :  15g : 250g 3  pulses, 2:30-2:45 minutes, 96°C (1:16.5 ratio)

Batch Brew : 1:16 ratio, 94-96°C
